So coming back to my point, Thailand still doesn’t do it, you need to get even closer and the best alternative is Malaysia.

Expensive for organisations in terms of the ROI they get. You can have a bootcamp in BLR for a much lower cost but most organisations run operations from mumbai. BLR ping to SG is 40 and HK is 70. Its the best place to bootcmap but unfortunately not all orgs have the capability to do so.
