@JChillin @AmericanAir Customer service when problems arise and how they are resolved is what separates the good from the best.

Every time I think @AmericanAir is turning the corner they find a way to fumble. Unnecessary delays, inability to get you rebooked in a timely manner, offering a flight 12 hrs later in a different class. Little to no effort to compensate for their mishaps. 🤦🏽‍♂️
