If your LinkedIn gets hacked and your posts get deleted, there is no way for LinkedIn to restore the deleted content. Any evergreen content and brand building on LinkedIn… out the window. How does their engineering / trust and safety deem this to be acceptable? It’s 2026 ffs!

"Go all the way until it hurts. If you're doing something and it's easy, it's not valuable." - @travisk Damn good quote (and mantra) by TK to keep pushing through discomfort.

$100M ARR in 8 months. $200M in 12 months. $300M in 14 months. $400M in 15 months. On the surface, this is the most absurd revenue ramp in European software history. But there's a number Lovable has never disclosed, and it tells you more than the ARR figure ever could: churn. Sifted asked directly. Lovable declined to share churn rates or the split between monthly and annual subscribers. When a company growing this fast won't tell you how many customers leave, you're not looking at a revenue number. You're looking at a gross bookings number that gets re-annualized every month. Bolt's CEO said it publicly: "The churn rate for everyone is really high. You have to build a retentive business." He was talking about the entire vibe coding category. Then Bolt immediately changed its subscription model to try to keep people from leaving. That tells you everything about the structural retention problem in this space. Barclays flagged it too. Traffic to Lovable dropped 40% from peak as of September. Vercel's v0 dropped 64%. Bolt dropped 27%. The analysts wrote that these companies could have "questionable economics" because the revenue comes from month-to-month subscribers who won't stick around. Lovable's response? Osika says net dollar retention is above 100%. But net dollar retention only measures customers who stay. If 50% of your customers churn and the remaining 50% spend 2x more, your NDR looks incredible while your business is a revolving door. The unit economics are even spicier. Lovable pays Anthropic and OpenAI per inference call. Every app a user builds costs Lovable real money. A source told Sifted margins might have actually gotten worse after switching to agentic mode. At 45 employees generating $400M ARR, the revenue-per-employee ratio looks legendary until you realize most of that revenue flows straight to model providers. Meanwhile, Cursor just hit $2B ARR with 60% coming from enterprise contracts. That's the difference. Enterprise locks in annual commitments. Vibe coding's user base is overwhelmingly individual creators who build one app, ship it, and cancel. Lovable is real. The product works. The growth is genuinely unprecedented. But a $6.6B valuation on $400M ARR requires that revenue to stick. And the entire vibe coding sector has a structural retention problem that no one has solved yet. The fastest company to reach $400M ARR could also be the fastest to find out what happens when the denominator in your LTV/CAC ratio collapses.

BREAKING: Swedish start-up Lovable sees revenue jump from $300M ARR to $400M ARR in a single month. Ryan Meadows, Chief Revenue Officer @Lovable says annual recurring revenue has surged by more than 30%, from $300 million to $400 million in a single month, and could top $1 billion by year's end. "It's accelerating quite a bit," Meadows said. "We've doubled the number of active users daily just in the last couple of months." - Meadows

One of the best companies in the modern AI world. “[@may_habib @waseem_s @Get_Writer] quietly built the gold standard for enterprise AI and a client list that’s the envy of Silicon Valley.”
WRITER@Get_Writer

Big news! WRITER is featured in @Inc, out on newsstands today! 🗞️ Earlier this year Ellen McGirt spent time with our team digging into the story behind WRITER and the category-defining vision for enterprise AI that our co-founders @may_habib and @waseem_s have been driving for the last five years. While the industry races to ship one-size-fits-all AI tools, we’ve taken a fundamentally different approach: building trusted frontier AI systems for the high-stakes reality of the world’s largest enterprises. As Ellen writes, "WRITER has evolved to establish a beachhead in agentic AI—autonomous agents that can handle complex business processes even in highly regulated industries—and has been on a tear ever since. Its agents function like human knowledge workers, automating work across silos and functions... [helping it] quickly build the gold standard for enterprise AI and a client list that's the envy of Silicon Valley." Huge thanks to @Inc team for capturing the "why" behind WRITER and our employees, customers, investors, and partners who are building a wildly more ambitious future of work with us. inc.com/ellen-mcgirt/m…

I am a proud US citizen and founder of a successful startup that employs 94 employees in the US and 180+ employees globally. I was in Dubai on a business trip meeting with financial institutions to help them fight financial fraud in the region, but now I am stranded. I expected the @usgov to do something to get US citizens out but I haven't seen any meaningful action. After 4 days of adrenalin and constant fear, I feel demoralised and abandoned by our government. It’s difficult watching other countries – UK, Israel, Spain, Italy and India – repatriate their citizens or ensure that commercial flights continue operating to bring them home. I became a naturalized US citizen because I believe in the American dream, and the idea that in a crisis, America never leaves its citizens behind. I see that American dream being shattered not just for me, but for tens of thousands of other Americans left stranded. I have 3 requests of our government: 1. Can the @usgov ensure the commercial airlines don't cancel US bound flights? I've booked a dozen flights to leave Dubai and ALL of them got canceled, even as flights to other countries continue operating. 2. If that is not possible, can the USG organize planes, commercial or military, to evacuate Americans out of Dubai and the surrounding region? I saw a very hopeful note from the Assistant Secretary of State for Global Public Affairs which states, “the US State Dept is in touch with 3,000 Americans and that we should call 1-202-501-4444 for assistance with departure options.” But that is unfortunately not accurate. I am enrolled in Step and have only received generic messages. Further, on calling that number, the message you get is: "Please don't rely on the USG for assisted departure or evacuation at this point. There are currently no evacuation flights at this time." 3. With funding cuts to the US consulates and with attacks on US embassies in the region, there’s no one that Americans can reach out to in the broader GCC region. Can we set up an emergency hotline within the US that actually works, and that has someone who is taking down more details? @SecRubio just stated that there are 1500 Americans who have contacted asking for assistance to evacuate. How did they do that because I am completely at a loss on who to call? I called up 1-202-501-4444 and all I got is a generic message. Myself and other Americans need help getting back home.

Cool product for chai lovers. I always end up babysitting chai on the stove to stop it from boiling over, and half the time I still make a mess. The Loka solves that in a clever way and makes great chai. $150, but it is a really nice product weareloka.com

As stated in prior tweet, so many will lose their jobs due to AI (GS predicts 300M). The impact will be massive & the pace will feel surreal. Unlike anything we've ever seen in human history. We need to be ready, incl reskilling, upskilling, & creating RLHF/prompt eng sciences.
Rowan Cheung@rowancheung

Goldman Sachs just dropped a BIG piece of research- as many as 300 million jobs could be affected by AI. The following job sectors are at the greatest risk: -Administrative: 46% at risk -Legal: 44% at risk -Architecture and Engineering: 37% risk More 👇

Millions will lose their jobs because of AI. Not just SDRs, support, content creators, & copywriters, but also teachers, doctors, lawyers, software engineers, etc. Millions. At current pace, this is about to happen (for sure in the next 3 yrs). We need to wake up and get ready.
