سندھ کے علاقے کشمور میں بلوچ ثقافتی پروگرام کے انعقاد پر مزاری اسٹوڈنٹس ویلفیئر ایسوسی ایشن کے ذمہ داران کے خلاف فتویٰ جاری کرنے کا عمل انتہائی تشویشناک ہے۔ بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس ایکشن کمیٹی چند روز قبل کشمور میں مزاری اسٹوڈنٹس ویلفیئر ایسوسی ایشن کے زیرِ اہتمام بلوچ کلچر کے عنوان سے ایک پروقار تقریب منعقد کی گئی۔ اس پروگرام میں موسیقی سمیت مختلف ثقافتی رنگ شامل تھے۔ تقریب نہایت خوشگوار اور پُرامن ماحول میں اختتام پذیر ہوئی، جس میں مختلف مکاتبِ فکر سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد نے شرکت کر کے اسے کامیاب بنایا۔ بلوچ قوم، بلوچستان سمیت سندھ اور پنجاب میں اپنی ثقافت، روایات اور زبان کی ترویج کے لیے مستقل بنیادوں پر پروگرامز منعقد کرتی رہتی ہے، جن میں بالخصوص 2 مارچ 'بلوچ کلچر ڈے' اور 'عالمی مادری زبان کے دن' پر منعقد ہونے والی تقریبات نمایاں ہیں۔ یہ بات قابلِ ذکر ہے کہ دنیا کی ہر زندہ قوم اپنی مادری زبان کی ترقی اور اپنی تہذیب و تمدن کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے جدوجہد کرتی ہے۔ بلوچ بھی بحیثیت ایک زندہ قوم اپنی زبان اور ثقافت کے فروغ کے لیے کوشاں ہے، جس کے لیے اس نوعیت کے پروگرام ناگزیر ہیں۔ اسی تسلسل میں سندھ کے مختلف شہروں میں آباد بلوچ قوم وقتاً فوقتاً مختلف تقریبات کا انعقاد کرتی ہے۔ کشمور میں مزاری اسٹوڈنٹس ویلفیئر ایسوسی ایشن کی یہ کاوش بھی اسی کڑی کا حصہ تھی۔ لیکن بدقسمتی سے ایسے مثبت پروگراموں کی حوصلہ افزائی کے بجائے کچھ گروہ، جو طاقت کے نشے میں بدمست ہیں، ان سرگرمیوں کو منفی رنگ دے کر فتویٰ بازی کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ عمل نہ صرف افسوسناک بلکہ قابلِ مذمت ہے، جس کی ہماری تنظیم بھرپور مذمت کرتی ہے۔ ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ اپنی قوم، زبان اور ثقافت سے لگاؤ ایک فطری امر ہے، جس پر ہر قوم فخر کرتی ہے۔ ایک تعلیمی و ثقافتی پروگرام پر کسی گروہ کی جانب سے بے بنیاد فتویٰ جاری کرنا سمجھ سے بالاتر ہے۔ ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ حکومتِ وقت ایسے عناصر کا محاسبہ کرے اور ان کو اتنی چھوٹ نہ دی جائے کہ وہ جب چاہیں فتویٰ جاری کر دیں۔ یہ طرزِ عمل نہ صرف معاشرتی انتشار کا باعث ہے بلکہ مذہب کو بطور کارڈ استعمال کرنے کے مترادف ہے، جس کی دین میں قطعاً گنجائش نہیں ہے۔ مرکزی ترجمان: بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس ایکشن کمیٹی

At the 61st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, I spoke on the grave human rights situation in Balochistan. The ongoing pattern of enforced disappearances was raised, where individuals are taken without due process and families remain without answers. Cases of extrajudicial killings and body dumping were highlighted as serious violations that continue in the absence of accountability. The shrinking civic space was also addressed. Journalists, students, lawyers, and human rights defenders continue to face harassment, arbitrary detention, and legal action under counterterrorism laws. The continued detention of activists, Several BYC Leaders including Dr. Mahrang Baloch, reflects the broader effort to silence peaceful voices seeking justice. A call was made for an independent and impartial assessment by the United Nations into the human rights situation in Balochistan. Meaningful steps toward accountability and protection of fundamental rights remain essential to address these ongoing violations. #ReleaseBYCLeaders #StopBalochGenocide
