Sorry for being quiet lately — Q4 has been absolutely insane. I keep breaking my own records and going way past what I originally thought was possible. Recently hit $4.4k in sales in one day and just crossed $60k total sold since I started. Still wild to type that.

if you’re not finding at least 20–30 leads/day, your OA business will probably NEVER grow you might get lucky and stumble on a winner but luck isn’t a system the math: 20 leads/day = 600 leads/month at a 5% buy rate = 30 products/month worth testing even if only 10 stick long-term, and each does $500–$1,000/month in profit… that’s a $5k–$10k/month business from consistent volume alone below 20 leads/day? you’re stuck in: • feast or famine sourcing • checking the same stores forever • buying whatever “looks good” • running out of inventory • and never scaling past a side hustle why most sellers stay capped: • they rely on manual scanning • they think 5 leads/day is “good enough” • they don’t track KPIs • they fear hiring VAs • they treat sourcing like luck instead of math our system: • 3–5 sourcing VAs • 150–300 leads/day • tight criteria • simple yes/no decisions • weekly audits • constant replen checks result: products flowing EVERY single day you don’t need luck when you have volume and infrastructure the sellers winning aren’t smarter they just look at more products with tighter filters hit 20–30 leads/day first then scale to 200+
