What's the issue with Inventory Labs? Is it just the accounting side or is it affecting shipments as well? My prep center goes hard for it so I'll be checking in with them as well

Reflecting on my life the past month or two, one thing I can deeply feel, that I wish I haven’t been doing as much as I have, is waiting for things to go through before I start. Traveling. Moving. Etc. New opportunities. I almost have been saying ‘when x happens, I’ll do X’ Inevitably things take longer. Things fall through. Life goes on and happens. I dont think there should be anymore waiting around. It creates endless internal excuses and eventually, the goals become unreachable because life will happen again. And again. Time to dive head first. Lots to do.

Hearing a lot of complaints about Inventory Lab lately. If its not working for you, you may want to check out PrepShipHub. Starts at $39 a month. Supports Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Shopify. Has a warehouse feature that is great for holds and those storing products. Has a returns module that alone is worth the price of admission. They offer 30 day free trial. Have discord channel with access to instant support. No its NOT my software, but the owner of my prep center created it to address issues they had managing their prep center with existing listing/shipping software so I've been a user for 5+ years from the PC side and been using since launch of individual user side. Love having reporting on our Walmart, Ebay, Shopify and Amazon all in one place!

@ISellFBA @7FigSaykho I started using IL on day 1 and would be a massive headache to transition everything over accurately so just been with IL I feel like it used to be pretty solid but just has basically been untouched feature wise since i started 20 months ago

@CookingCashflow @7FigSaykho It has been bugged for the last year truly on the shipment side. as far as accounting I don't use it. What makes you use IL for accounting rather than going off of the numbers on seller board?

I rely on data from Inventory Labs to make daily high $$$ decisions and to have it be completely useless right now is insane malpractice by threecolts Literally what am i even paying for at this point if the numbers are useless and its an afterthought at the company (for some reason)

Working 12 hour days and somehow having more free time than ever. Euro timezone while running a remote company is goated. 8am to 1pm... nobody's online. Have 5 hours of uninterrupted deep work on the shit that actually grows the business. 1pm to 4pm... go on a run, eat, jump in the ocean if I want. 4pm to 11pm... team's awake, calls rolling, and I show up with a full day already behind me. Execute on the random shit that comes up. By the time my first call starts I've already done a full workday. And I got a workout and the ocean in between. Beauty.

@ScottAMZ0 @GavinSweeneyy its doable using the amz api, i built my own replen tool using it. Heavily leaned on claude + base44 to house it

Does sellersnap API pull the correct inventory data for you? Have been trying to build a custom replen tool but sellersnap API never seems to count units stuck in transfer as either available or inbound And yes amazon API is a headache to try get connected, have spent hours today and always gives the same error code no matter what

Spent a day tryna get stock quantity from Amazon API I gave up and just connected to SellerSnap and it was done so quick lmao Sometimes its just better to use what others have built

@LocdoesFBA @7FigSaykho IL uses the same FBA Fulfillment Fee for all estimated sales ($3.05) so everything that includes these sales ends up looking better than it actually is till those sales reconcile.
