@CorbinSmithNFL I agree with you on this take. The tax is going to negatively affect this state in lots of ways. Mainly that the income threshold will continue to drop until it affects us all. But I doubt it will stop athletes from signing here if they believe they can win here. Just look at LA.

Under Pete Carroll, Seattle made the playoffs nine of his first 11 seasons as their head coach. Twice they made the Super Bowl, winning it once, but he couldn't get to double-digit wins in his final three years. Seattle moved on and replaced him with the best defensive coach in the league. They are now one of the best teams in the NFL. Lesson learned - regardless of past success, if things stop working, be quick to make a big change.
