Imagine hiring a designer that refuses to (or can't) design a social media ad or billboard if you needed one because "it's not their job." If my team asked me to make a social media graphic, I'm in. If they ask me to make a billboard, I'm in. Be a designer that can.

@JacIsJake @reznik_e @perfectKeming I agree with this method. having a very "dumb" slide style figma file is the way! IMO - NEVER allow a non UX pro into working files.! Create the "story" you want the feedback on. I disagree with the "duplication of a working file".

Today, designers have their managers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders in their working files commenting on every pixel they move as they're working. Why do we tolerate this and pretend it's collaboration? Figma sucks.
