Finally... I think I've almost succeeded in making a Cel Shader. I plan to release this resource to the modding community once I've cleaned it up a bit and fixed a few issues. I'm excited to see how many people will be able to create Cel Shading mods...!

This guy is comparing a 2 bar akuma in any situation with a jack heat smash when the breakable wall is behind, stage situation,heat smash active & opponent unsafe move. I'll tell you something, take away his 10f heat smash and buff his other tools, I'll gladly take it.
