Another outstanding (standing outside the Church) Catholic.

One thing is clear. We need campus politics. We need young people to be aware. A young man from Kerala said on a podcast to me that he is thankful his campus had politics. He understands the importance more as he mingles with people from states were campus politics is banned

A language is a window. Open enough windows, and you see the whole world. Read across tongues. Dream across borders. Through languages and books, we weave hearts closer —learning to respect, to listen, to live in harmony. Happy #WorldBookDay

@rajamrutham @bitcoinmalayali Most universities in Bengaluru like Christ have 70% teachers and 90% students from Kerala. Many booming universities outside Kerala are just 10-20 years old. In contrast, Maharaja's College (founded 1875), CMS College (founded 1817) are on downward spiral. No research, nothing.

@mchellap Wot? The post is nonsense, the first of IAF MKI that entered service came with full sets of Indian avionics & computers meant to do this. & talking of "NOW" about our weapons integrations, MKI has been doing this for more than a decade (Astras was first put on MKIs a decade+ ago)

Source code source code ke chakkae mai chutiyapa shuru ho gya hai. IAF/DRDO/HAL has been doing whatever they want with MKIs since it came into service. We have put developmental resources into it (through project vetrivale) & they don't need russians in any of the steps.

Su-30MKI is India's most important fighter jet. But India could not freely choose what missiles go on it. 🇮🇳 The jet runs on Russian avionics. And Russia kept the source code locked. The IAF just decided that stops now. India is building an indigenous Weapon Integration Tester for the Su-30MKI. A digital bridge that simulates how a missile talks to the jet without needing Russian source code. What this means in practice: • Astra Mk1, Mk2, Mk3 can now be integrated on India's timeline • Meteor and ASRAAM without waiting for external approvals • Full control over firing logic and weapon compatibility 260 plus Su-30MKIs in service. India's backbone fighter. For years someone else held the keys. India just made its own. 🔥

Meera Jasmine won the National Award for Padam Onnu: Oru Vilaapam (2003), portraying how women suffer in Muslim households. If you think that is off beat then there is Priyadarshan's Kilichundan Mampazham (2003). I've watched more Islamophobic movies in Malayalam than Bollywood

Mig-29K's maintenance crew everytime the plane lands:

LCA Mk2 prototype is fully coupled and near complete since ~30 months. But MoD has not shown even one photo. Why? → GE engine deal is still not signed. Showing the jet before engine contract is finalised weakens our negotiations stance. → The imported IRST sensor for first prototype has not arrived yet. Rollout without it means aircraft looks incomplete. A loud cry after initial cheer will outweigh the impact. → India always turns big defence moments into big events. Tejas Mk1A, INS Vikrant every reveal had PM, cameras, ceremony. Mk2 will be no different. → The jet is near ready in the hangar. The photo will come but only when India decides the moment is right.

For those of us celebrating the delhi #dehradun expressway here’s another view - yes there is this underpass for #wild animals to cross but it’s only in one section .. lest we forget 7000 trees were chopped so we can all reach one hour faster to a city choking with traffic
