@siegfriedmuell Remember Black Hawk Down? That was in Somalia. Happened under Clinton, we stupidly got involved in the Somalian civil war then ended up getting stuck with them. You'd think the ones we brought over would be thankful but they despise the US and try to make it what they fled.

A German tourist in NYC tried some green salsa from a taco shop. The salsa was too spicy for him. So he sued. He alleges that he is extra sensitive to spicy foods, and he got diarrhea and mouth sores that lasted for days. Court says it's not on the business "to ascertain consumers' individual needs and guarantee that each consumer has all relevant information specific to its situation." He could have just asked how spicy their salsa was, but he didn't, and so he did not act reasonably.

BREAKING: Delaware Judge Kathaleen McCormick has officially announced that she will no longer preside over multiple lawsuits involving @elonmusk and his companies after Elon's lawyers alleged she had shown bias against him after ruling against him in high-profile cases. Last week, Elon's attorneys wrote to the court pointing to a LinkedIn screenshot that they said shows she supported a post on the network celebrating Elon's defeat in a California civil fraud trial. In the past, Judge McCormick ruled against Elon with his $56B Tesla pay package case and the Twitter lawsuit. Here is Judge Kathaleen McCormick's full letter that she released today: "Dear Counsel: This letter addresses the motions for my recusal and to randomly reassign two of the three above-referenced actions. The motion for recusal rests on a false premise—that I support a LinkedIn post about Mr. Musk, which I do not in fact support. I am not biased against the defendants in these actions. In fact, I dismissed a suit against Mr. Musk just last year. The motion for recusal is denied. But the motion for reassignment is granted—I will reassign each of the three above-referenced actions. As should be obvious, disproportionate media attention surrounding a judge’s handling of an action is detrimental to the administration of justice. Fortunately, the Court of Chancery is far greater than any one person. I have complete faith in the Vice Chancellors’ abilities to adjudicate these matters. And three of them will. Please contact my Chambers to obtain a time for the random reassignment. All counsel are welcome to attend. But each of the individuals who signed the motion for reassignment or the joinder in that motion must appear to witness what they requested."

NEWS: Elon Musk and his lawyers are demanding Delaware judge Kathaleen McCormick step aside from a high-stakes Tesla case after she allegedly “supported” a LinkedIn post mocking a $2 billion verdict against him in a separate California case. McCormick was the judge who ruled against Elon in his big $56 billion pay package case in Delaware. The complaint includes a screenshot of a LinkedIn post by Harry Plotkin, a Southern California-based jury consultant who worked with the legal team that sued Musk for securities fraud in San Francisco federal court. “Thanks $2 billion for your help in this trial. It was a pleasure working against you. Congratulations to the trial team at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP and Bottini Law for standing up for the little guy against the richest man in the world,” Plotkin wrote on LinkedIn. The filing alleges the post was promoted by McCormick’s account, with a banner above it reading: “Katie McCormick supports this.” McCormick has denied intentionally endorsing the post, claiming she was unaware of the interaction until LinkedIn notified her she had used the heart-in-hand “support” icon. “I either did not click the ‘support’ icon at all, or I did so accidentally. I do not believe that I did it accidentally,” she wrote in a letter to attorneys. nypost.com/2026/03/25/bus…

@ianmiles Obama DID NIT GIVE IRAN ANY MONEY. He released Iranian money that was frozen in the US. He did so because of an agreement reached with Iran to halt nuclear program, which they honoured till TRUMP tore it up inn2018.

Saudi Prince MbS reveals that President Obama gave Iran $150 billion, and the IRGC didn’t even build a single street with that money. Instead, they made missiles and drones. And they used the funds Obama provided them to finance and arm terrorists like Hamas, Ansar Allah, and Hezbollah. With these funds, Iran offers safe harbor to the leaders of Al Qaeda, including one of Osama Bin Laden’s sons who was indoctrinated into jihadism. Obama is by far the worst man to ever set foot in the Oval Office. The neoliberals like Hillary Clinton, Victoria Nuland, Samantha Power, etc. who ran his administration did so deliberately in order to keep the region destabilized and to use Iran as a buffer to prevent the Gulf states and Israel from amassing too much prosperity. The Arab Spring in turn was their way of creating a refugee crisis that would plunge Europe into financial and social turmoil, the effects of which are plain to see today as they struggle with irreversible demographic change. Chaos is a ladder, and peace is bad for the Democrats. It was the their way of keeping the Middle East down so they could retain the unipolar world order under the neoliberal agenda. The neoliberals did the same with Ukraine, and they tried to do it with Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. And they did so through USAID. Evil, evil stuff.

hot speculation rn: 1. J20 is a F35 clone 2. china made radars systems using J20 to test 3. radars could detect J20 4. PLA inferred they could therefore detect F35 5. problem: J20 is a shitty clone with a dump truck ass 6. probably J20 just sucks and the radars just suck
Taiwan Military@TaiwanMilitary

Reportedly, Yang was probed after 🇨🇳’s JY-series anti-stealth radars sold to 🇻🇪 & 🇮🇷 proved ineffective. 🇨🇳 had used the J-20 as a test target & falsely told Xi the radars could detect 🇺🇸 F-35 & F-22 stealth jets. This raised doubts about the J-20’s claimed stealth capabilities.

A mass SMS has been sent nationwide in Iran: “Amid threats from the American-Zionist side against Iran’s islands and borders, a nationwide campaign called Janfadahas been launched to recruit volunteers, signaling readiness to defend the country’s territory.” The nationwide distribution of this message suggests that the possibility of a ground conflict is being taken more seriously. It also indicates that Iranian authorities may doubt their ability to match US special forces with conventional military resources and are instead seeking to compensate by calling on ordinary civilians to step into potential front-line roles, if anyone accepts such a call.

This was a real case in Germany of a surgeon who sustained a scalpel injury to his left had while resecting a malignant abdominal tumour known as a fibrous histiocytoma. 5 months later, the surgeon notices a tumour arising at the same wound site on his left hand. Molecular analyses confirms the implausible - that the surgeon’s tumour was also a histiocytoma. Histopathological and DNA analyses found this to be genetically identical and indisinguishable to the patient’s tumour. The surgeon's tumour was successfully removed via surgery. 2 years later, he was in good health without signs that the tumor had spread or was returning. With surgical injuries, we tend to worry about blood borne infections, but seeding and implantation of cancer cells is a rare but possible complication. 📽️: Zack D Films
