Scouting Report – @JakeBroggi Jake is a versatile safety-linebacker hybrid who’s always around the football. He plays fast, confident, and disciplined—using his instincts, anticipation, and body control to make plays all over the field. While his top-end speed is solid, his football IQ and reaction time separate him, constantly putting him in position to impact the game. He brings the toughness of a linebacker and the range of a safety, showing up consistently in both the run and pass game. Broggi reads plays quickly, triggers downhill with authority, and rarely misses when he gets there. His burst off the snap and physicality make him a tone-setter on defense. In coverage, he shows strong zone awareness and ball instincts, reading the quarterback and closing space efficiently. His stride length and timing allow him to make plays on the ball, whether it’s a breakup or an interception.
