Friendly shoutout after almost 10 years of me preaching how amazing they are, despite everyone saying otherwise, that @OVHcloud_CA @OVHcloud is the worst. I don't care for bad support with most companies, as I can solve my own issues, or just ditch their product. But when a host takes away my OWN IP addresses that my company OWNs, citing we didn't pay an invoice for $0 (the product for BYOIP is free...), and then refuses to answer after talking to 5 different people. Take a step back and realize you've failed as a company. I spend thousands of dollars a month with these clowns, that's about to change quickly. A customer for more than 10 years and this is how they want to treat me? My lowest level software engineer can do laps around how badly made this billing system is. Shameful.
