At 37 degrees, butter is a liquid. Has been the whole time. Was a liquid the moment it hit your mouth, your stomach, your bloodstream. For butter to solidify in your arteries, your blood would need to be cold enough to congeal fat. The clinical term for blood at that temperature is: not circulating. The medical term for you at that point is: deceased. The fat isn't solidifying. The hypothesis was never physiologically coherent. It was a visual metaphor that got into a guideline and never left.
