If Starmer wants to ensure the slaughter in Southport never happens again he could start by jailing some of those responsible for letting it happen - the cops, the psychiatrists, the mental health specialists who along with Rudikabana’s parents knew what he was and did nothing.

To every police officer, social worker, mental health professional, politician who failed to do their job. And that resulted in the deaths of three little girls and elsewhere of Barnaby, Grace and Ian. Here is Barney’s mum’s devastation. So you know what your failure caused.
