A few years ago, I said that one day content creators will realize they were unpaid employees of social media companies. That day has come with many content creators, like many other employees in different industries, realizing they are being “replaced” by AI creators.

I continue to hear some say “build an EF” when someone has just lost their job. Here is my take: Emergency funds matter—but if you don’t have one, focus on cash flow now. Build the fund later.

How can one stay resilient during tough times? Resilience comes from remembering your why, staying connected to your values, and giving yourself grace.  Tough times are inevitable—what matters is how you respond.  mymoneychronicles.com/jason-vitug

My 13 yo niece said the other day "I need to invest in AI." So I started researching the best apps for young teens. There are a bunch of custodial accounts and a handful that let kids take control with adult guidance. Here are our Smile Money Picks: phroogal.com/best-investing…

@Jennifer_Wwhite @Kembala That is how I am. In one of my books, I shared my $10 rule. So I don't spend any more brain cells thinking about if I should or shouldn't buy, I will buy it if it brings me joy and under $10. But most of the time 99% I never do. #creditchat

@Kembala Over a certain dollar amount, my rule is I have to sleep on it. Half the time I don’t even want it anymore the next day! #CreditChat

@susan1215 @Experian In one of my books, I shared a 3 step question: 1) do i need it? 2) do i need it now? 3) what will happen if i don't get it? This has helped me curtail impulse purchases. The mere act of asking these questions pauses my mind enough to go "don't really need it". #creditchat

A10. This year I prioritized peace. I saved more, took time off without guilt, and invested more into purpose. Every dollar aligned with values is a win. #CreditChat @Experian
