@Experian Form R1950-00 clearance certificate was successfully submitted issued and submitted to you and uploaded to CBA platform facilitate the update of my status with credit bureaus on the 16.04.2026. But up until now you have not updated my status and my question is why that have not been attended to by you

Hi Kenny. Thank you for reaching out to us. Credit scores can change as information on your credit report is updated. If the information is accurate on your credit report, the score will be accurate. A score can vary depending on the model used.
Here are some of the most common reasons why scores may have gone down:
A delinquent payment was reported
Your credit card balances have climbed
An account was opened, closed , or paid in full
You’ve recently applied for new credit
An account on your credit report has aged off
Credit scores are calculated based on the information in your credit report. Please note that credit scores can vary depending on the scoring model used (examples: FICO® or VantageScore®). Additionally, credit scores can vary based on which credit reporting agency supplied the report. The score is based on your report and creditors are not required to report to all credit bureaus. The three major consumer credit reporting agencies in the U.S. are Experian®, TransUnion® and Equifax®. Experian memberships utilize Experian credit reports and the FICO® Score 8 model.
The primary factors that determine a person’s FICO® credit score are:
35% based on payment history
30% based on amount of credit utilization
15% based on the length of your credit history
10% based on hard credit inquiries
10% based on types of credit (revolving, installment, etc.)

@Experian is a complete joke. I called to get help with my online account and their AI says “there are no humans to transfer to” and that it cannot help me. Someone in leadership over there needs to be fired, and a competent person put into their place.

Hi @TransUnionCIBIL @Experian_India, I'm facing a serious issue. My report shows a fake loan of ₹35,000 with 19 delays from @Lendbox (@getsimpl). I only used ₹1,500 & paid it on time. This incorrect reporting is destroying my credit score. Please resolve this
