On top of all of this, his group VoterGA has been looking over Georgia elections for over 16 years and warned the Secretary of State all the way back in 2002 about the unconstitutional systems under evaluation to be used in our elections at that time known as Diebold DRE system. These systems can NOT be audited. He was ignored and the systems were used anyway. In 2009 the Georgia Supreme Court denied his constitutional claims to remove these machines, and then in 2019, the U.S. district court finally banned that system as unconstitutional and then the General Assembly later legalized a new form of voting systems, once again, unverifiable to the voter that hides votes in barcodes. The Secretary of State then purchased the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system, a BMD system, "Ballot Marking Device," and here we are today. But the U.S. District Court has already found that it does not meet Georgia law, but were still used anyway, even though other states and counties, like in Texas, denied Dominion machines because of their excessive vulnerabilities and lack of security. Why and how did CISA, DHS, and the EAC, ever clear these machines for use in our elections?
