@helenraw @PamelaMayoss 2 kids under three here. I can wholeheartedly agree that life is usually more hectic than originally thought, and self tapes quickly becomes low priority. I’m “on” when I can be, but mostly I’m Mom. If I’m willing to drop a chance at working, it’s bc I am unable to do the work.

@PamelaMayoss If it was a job it would be paid. Life DOES get in the way & actors shouldn’t have to drop everything to do a tape. What’s so wrong about an actor not doing a tape they originally said they could? There needs to be a huge attitude shift in this industry for it to get better😩

@AbiTurner72 Spent my whole life working in theatre. Covid hit, we sold our house outside of London, bought 3 acres of Canadian Forest, built a house, and now I do theatre about 1/3 of the year and am basically a happier human. 🙏🏻

Not tryna be a buzzkill, but my children’s kiddie pool water was refilled, cold, at 9am. By 5 pm it was too warm for them to use, with algae forming. Our mini science experiment should say a bit about how the ocean is handling this global warming biz. Not awesomely, friends.

Any quick fixes for post nasal drip? Not sure if it’s result of hay fever, a cold or infection, but it’s driving me nuts! No runny nose or anything, can just feel It at back of throat. 😩 Taken some Guafenisin and will take a hay fever tablet before bed - any other suggestions?
