Hey @lner I have tkt from Falkirk to London tomorrow at 12.52. Tried for @Seatfrog upgrade but no luck 🥺. Wondered if it’s possible to change my reserved standard seat (booked @thetrainline). I’m travelling with my small dog- the seat assigned will be a bit tricky to navigate 😬

@Kierbro @Seatfrog @thetrainline Hi Kieran, we wouldn't be able to amend your existing seat reservation made through Trainline due to it being a third party, however you are welcome to make a new seat reservation here: lner.co.uk/travel-informa… You will be able to select your desired seat from a map of the train.

From one train to another - 4 today - @Se_Railway @TLRailUK @LNER and finally @ScotRail… Been a long day but he’s been good as gold, and the train gods have been on our side this time! Hoping it’s the same when we do the exact reverse journey in just under 2 weeks time..!

@LNER I’m travelling on the 13.30 Kings X to Edinburgh tomorrow & have managed to bag myself a @Seatfrog upgrade to 1st class. It has me sat at a table seat by window but I’m travelling with my small dog - I wonder if there’s any way at all to change it to a single seat?

If you select 'My booking is not listed' and write 'Seatfrog' when prompted you should be able to book. Alternatively, please use the webchat on the LNER website, a member of our Customer Solutions Team will be able to assist

@LNER @Seatfrog Thanks. However I purchased original seat (H75) via @thetrainline & my upgrade (M13) via @SeatfrogHelp so looks like I am unable to amend and move my 1st class seat myself using your link, which is why I was hoping @LNER might be able to. Purely because I have dog with me is all.

@LNER @Seatfrog Appreciate the reply - but basically absolutely no help at all then. You advertise @Seatfrog as an upgrade option on your own website so I don’t understand why it can’t be done (but could be if I booked directly - at higher cost - through @lner). Crazy.

@TJ_Hewitt @TfL I had this too mate. Tried multiple times to pay over course of 3 days - by time I was forced to just ring them - and pay for call, then spend an eternity before I could speak to someone, it was too late and had to pay fine. It's a money making scam. Absolute scumbags.

@TfL I seriously need your help. I crossed the silverstown tunnel and have tried repeatedly to pay and keep getting this. The design to pay for non London residents is ridiculous. It should be set up the same way as the dartford crossing. I don’t want to be fined. Help.
