I'm not saying bring Kim on the show or even air out specifics about Kim's current issue that resulted in this, but this is public records, not private. The story blowing up this way is far worse for Kim than if Kyle or even Kyle/Kathy addressed it on the show. Reality TV is about showing everyone, good bad and ugly.

Kyles bankrolled her housings. Her Treatments, for years. If Kim is unable to remain sober. That's on Kim. She is grown. She is a grandmother for fucks sake. It's ok to sympathize with Kim. But to gas her up because to hate Kyle is unhinged. She needs to quit drinking..

TMZ reports #KyleRichards sued her sister #KimRichards last year in an effort to kick her out of her condo in Encino. Kyle said Kim was living there for years, but she told her to leave in late 2024. In the lawsuit she filed against Kim, Kyle sought possession of the house & wanted $140 per day from her for every day she stayed past her welcome. Kim never responded to Kyle’s lawsuit so a default judgement was entered in March 2025 & Kim was required to surrender possession of the property.
