@Expedia once AGAIN, terrible terrible customer service. Not sure how a company manages to get it so wrong....I'll just wait for another 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone only to have them hang up on me!

@virginmedia However once again even yourselves are not willing to help apart from place us back into the system...not good enough! Give the account handler a call...You can't blame GDPR, you passed on our details to a third party company quick enough...

@virginmedia Great, further amazing customer service! Do you have a number we can spend another 2/3hrs being passed from team to team to talk to? It seems nobody actually deals with issues, just an "internal investigation" will happen but no findings disclosed or resolve for the matter!

@virginmedia We've now received an email saying that it has now been closed without resolvment C-141221631. Extremely unhappy, please contact the account holder using the details on the file, after 1h52 we were told that we were not allowed to speak to the complaints department by Hazel..🤷🏼‍♀️
