@AlexisTiptonVA In my early days of guesting, cons loved promoting me as a Cell VA, even after giving a role list. Last time, I felt the need to tweak the promo piece to explain my Cell role. 😅 These days, I tell them upfront, "Please no Cell!" (I doesn't feel right to say I'm a Cell actor!)

The kicker here is that rejection notices in VO are a relatively new thing and extremely rare… I mean, what does this person do when they don't hear back at all? Do they handle absolute silence with the same grace and maturity? 🤔

@DawnMBennettVA @JillHarrisVO I wrote the absolutely cringeworthy lyric "I wanna brush my teeth all night and brush 'em every day" for Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, which they did sing in a few takes, but the client came up with "Brushing never rocked this hard" on set and went with that. 😐
