I’ve spent the last few days digging through every Fever stat I could find.
What I discovered surprised me.
The numbers don’t support the “Fire Stephanie White” crowd.
In fact, they point to a completely different problem.
One that shows up almost every night.

No, Jimmy, it's not. A turnover ends a possession without a shot attempt in most cases. A missed shot has the opportunity for an offensive rebound. A turnover doesn't. A missed shot leads to around 1.1 PPP whereas a live ball TO leads to around 1.4 PPP. Bad take.

Tough times (i.e., 2 consecutive losses! Huh?) always show a lot about a person. Constructive, informed criticism of a game shows knowledge. Naming one person to blame every loss no matter what is actually going on in front of you while giving no credit to that same person during wins screams, "I don't know what else to say, so I'll just join in with the others in saying the same thing they say because it's the easy way out, and people will love me and welcome me into the fold." Good job! Way to stand! 👏🏾
