There’s 2 ways you can look at this game tonight. You can really doom and gloom because of the scoreline, the unanswered goals, the lack of desire after the 1st period, bad penalties, bad defensive play. And it would be totally valid. I prefer looking at it this way: the series didn’t end tonight. It ends on Monday night. Most games have been blowouts and that didn’t stop both teams from bouncing back. And the Canadiens are a much better road team than we are a home team, for whatever reason that is. Dobes is undefeated after every loss in these playoffs. A lot of reasons to be optimistic headed to Game 7, and I think they have an obligation to fight for their lives after missing out on the opportunity to put it away tonight. Flush this one, shake it off, and win Monday. GO HABS GO 🔴⚪️🔵

@mndamico It's certainly disappointing because there was a lot of excitement. But based on all the interviews, videos, and articles I've seen, I have complete faith in the Habs organization to know what's best for Hage and the team in the short and long term.

I understand Canadiens fans are dissapointed and some will make some aggressive assumptions based on this decision. From what I'm hearing, this is a layered decision. His brother Alex will be with Michigan, he will get #1C usage and will be able to further build himself up.
