Sign the Gascon recall asap: The killer was a gang member arrested in 2020 & charged with being a felon in possessing meth, a handgun + ammo. The gun alone could have sent him to prison for up to 3 years, by pleading no contest he was instead sentenced to 2 years’ Probation thus:
