@TruthJasonLee The commissioner doesn’t have enough awareness to understand that society around him is pissed. South Park nailed it, he is Goodellbot

@Harlemhustle00 @BabzOnTheMic Different opinions aren’t insane. Thinking that Fanatics is an honest, above-board operation is painfully insane. No one is chasing fame bro, we’re all tired of chasing rich peoples’ goal posts.

Michael Rubin has a burner account out there. He’s watching and responding. Something we’re starting to see due to the hard work of the good people out there during this #EndFanatics movement is that they’re a TON of Fanatics type burner accounts. The general consensus is that some of these burners are actually the higher levels of the company, including Rubin himself, while there are many shills that want to defend them too. It’s being dug deeper in the background. We will expose them.

@Fanatics @fanatics is single handedly ruining being a fan of professional sports. Shit merchandise, shit service, turned collecting cards into gambling, stupid sports book, forced players not to sign for fans at events… I hope you fold so honesty and integrity can rise in your place.

@upnext4brewers @BallParkBuzz The Brewers didn’t resign him, Woodruff accepted their QO. The Brewers felt risking $22M for future draft compensation was a worthwhile play, not that Woodruff was their guy at $22M. Kinda speaks more to why owners should spend more when teams gamble that much $ for a pick.

@BallParkBuzz Why doesn’t it count? $22 million is a lot of money for them. It’s easier to support your bad take to say it that way.

The Guardians have spent $7.9M this off-season. The Brewers have spent $1.2M this off-season. The Nationals have spent $5.5M this off-season. Can’t even spend $10M to improve the team. These owners shouldn’t be allowed to talk when discussions start about a cap.

@aprilcali84 The Chiefs of 2031 will still be closer than the Rams of 2001. Kansas isn’t so bad, you got this.

Insane game… head says rams, heart says bears. I used to like STL because they were the other team in Missouri, in 2031 Missouri will have zero teams… sucks.

My problem with baseball is: The BS offers the Tigers give Skubal. The Astros didn't re-sign four star players that came up through the farm system. The Mariners repeatedly not spending money while having a young core and turning a profit. The fucking Boston Red Sox salary-dumping Mookie Betts. The most money the Pirates have spent on a free agent for multi-year free agent is Ryan O’hearn. (2 years, 29 million) The A's moving from Oakland and trading away Matt Chapman , Matt Olson, Sean Murphy, etc. Could go on and on. The problem with baseball is the owners. Not the Dodgers.

@MrLouie931 The numbers have a place if they’re explained and utilized correctly. Unfortunately, the metrics got to kids faster than the teachers did. The art of “feel” seems to be fading, or at least being introduced too late to kids. Keep loving em both man, the right way will find its way

@Joe_Pauer Definitely would agree there! Kids gotta learn to get bat to ball before they worry about fixing swing paths at 10 years old lol. I don’t have a dog in the fight outside of loving baseball and stats and thus loving baseball stats

“I don’t care about wRC+, I care about producing runs” 🤣🤣🤣
Ruben Amaro, Jr.@RAJr_20

@Turlanine @nomorefielders If you give a crap about wrc Whatever. To me it was about driving in runs, scoring runs, producing runs. And winning games.

@MrLouie931 @JoeOrrico99 I see where you’re coming from, was there at the time. Not defending either way, simply trying to understand the, still existing, hate. Personal opinion: the divide between old school and data driven views is hurting the amateur and youth levels. I’m just trying to find a bridge

@Joe_Pauer @JoeOrrico99 Understood, mockery comes from the disregard of current knowledge and ways, because we are having these conversations now with tools available today. To say it’s about creating runs without respecting current statistics enough to know what wrc+ is can be worth a little mockery

@MrLouie931 @JoeOrrico99 Right, I know what it measures. It loosely existed in the mid 2000’s and really wasn’t widely known until after Amaro was making decisions. Hence, why the mockery?

@Joe_Pauer @JoeOrrico99 Because WRC+ means weighted runs created, with the plus normalizing everything to where 100 is average. It is quite literally meant to describe how many more percentage point better or worse someone is at creating runs than the league average

@aprilcali84 @iansaunders22 Also didn’t have a real chance to be in this spot to start the year. Losing sucks, but beating expectations is oddly satisfying. For the first time in a long time, next season is exciting.

@jnorthclt @CarolinaProd He was a prime candidate three years ago. His time in Charlotte showed a lot and the shine is gone. He has done great things, but there are glaring red flags. He missed his chance to cash in out of Denver, I hope he gets another.

@CarolinaProd ppl on twitter thinking they know football when they’ve never stepped foot on a field are stupid af 😂 Eviro is a possible HC candidate for turning around a historically bad defense without a pass rush and a bad LB corps

@DariusJButler It should be talked about. No reason to give ground when a takeaway drives the final nail. Still happy with where this team is at, but these are the details that need to be improved to take a crown going forward.

Didn’t love those Defensive play calls from the Panthers on that last drive. Way too SOFT. Rams needed a TD. Gotta heat up Stafford and challenge the Rams pass catchers as much as possible. They did neither! I’m sure it won’t be talked about at all amongst #PanthersNation
