(i bought sol early 2023 and felt very similar to how i feel about eth now. was a top 5 trade of mine. sold all of it too early at $120-140 and completely missed the memecoin run but we won't talk about that part...)

i think buying ETH here (instead of btc or something else) is akin to buying SOL early 2023 even saying "buy eth" rn i feel like such a clown and i feel like it deserves ridicule i have a rightcurve thesis too but the leftcurve clowngut reasoning is pretty gud

here's chart, i'll writeup the rightcurve thesis on it tomorrow after swapping all my btc for eth if i still feel this dumb tomorrow. if this begins feeling smart i'll prolly chicken out and keep the stack in btc

$AGRO is both a second-order Iran war trade and a @tether proxy. @tether owns 75% of this NYSE-listed agro-industrial company - and they aren't sitting on it passively. Tether's strategic direction here is clear - they've signed an MoU for BTC mining on AGRO's renewable energy, $AGRO has a stake in Agrotoken (commodity-backed stablecoins), and Tether launched its Hadron tokenization platform last year - allowing for the tokenization of AGRO's farmland, crop inventories, and fertilizer production. In Dec they closed a $1.1B acquisition of Profertil, South America's largest urea producer. The Strait of Hormuz has been effectively closed for weeks. A third of global fertilizer trade transits the strait. Profertil produces in Argentina - insulated from the disruption, exposed to the price spike. Bottom line: @tether-controlled ag company with a major urea producer benefiting from Hormuz disruption. $AGRO is up 14% today after earnings. EBITDA beat & strong forward guidance. I'm long Sep 2026 $15 & $17.5 calls.
