@johnbfagan If the relationship with the provider is as a Processor, they should have an obligation to give the data back to the Controller under DPA/GDPR/Whatever. Format might be the chewy part, but nothing some creative scripting couldn't fix, I'd imagine.

Legal Question - about data portability Do organisations have the right to data portability? If your organisational data is in provider A, and you want to switch to provider B. Is provider A legally required to provide data "in a structured machine-readable format"?
