@sf28430 I would recommend @Witness_Spirits in Vandalia,IL . We did several 5 gallon barrels the first time. We used our own corn and it came out great.

My son's first corn crop, I'd like to make whiskey out of it for him. Any of those "use your own corn" distilleries make a good tasting whiskey?

15" wheat. Multiple populations. Learned a lot from this.
