@monzo Ive sent another email. 12 hours and still no response in the online chat. I’ve missed my flight home because I can’t get a taxi to the airport. Horrendous customer service I will be closing my account and going back to traditional bank account

@monzo I recently switch my full time banking to Monzo, despite being told not to do it. I’m on holiday and you’ve totally blocked my account. You won’t answer the phone to me and you won’t respond in the chat. Pretty awful position to be left in. PLEASE ANSWER
