@monzo Ive sent another email. 12 hours and still no response in the online chat. I’ve missed my flight home because I can’t get a taxi to the airport. Horrendous customer service I will be closing my account and going back to traditional bank account

@HMRCcustomers the worst customer service on the planet. After 10 minute automated messages. ‘We can’t deal with your call’ was the final response. Utter shit!
