Justice For Hayden
@JusticeForHBN
I died at @ChelwestFT only 6 days old. I was not given oxygen or emergency care until my lactate was 15.9, 10h later. NHS made full admission of liability.

Hayden would have turned 8 years old today. Despite the cruel and evil attempt to cover up the circumstances of his death by the clinicians involved and Coroner @SmirkyRadcliffe, 8 years after his death we have a date for Hayden's second inquest.

Update: The GMC have flip flopped yet again; have retracted their offer to settle; and will contest our petition to the High Court Judicial Review and deny any tribunal nor even a warning is necessary for Dr Penny’s conduct. The incompetence of the GMC knows no bounds. I’m sure the GMC and the MDU hope to eventually wear us down emotionally and financially 8 years after Penny’s negligence led to Hayden’s death (as admitted to by the NHS and noted by every independent expert). Second inquest scheduled for this month. High Court JR hearing next month - assuming no successful shenanigans from their end. @JusticeForHBN

The hospital found the request “strange” but hypothesised that if they were to do so it may help the coroner in that she could avoid the inquest altogether and save expense.

Coroner Richard Travers today found that Hayden’s (@JusticeForHBN) death was contributed to by neglect, that there was a failure to provide basic medical attention and that he would have survived if not for gross failures in his care. 8 years after his death, 7 years after his first inquest, 3 years after the High Court quashed @SmirkyRadcliffe’s first inquest, the truth of how our son died has now been properly and honestly recorded.
