Much of the incredible pain, suffering and frustration I've suffered around @JusticeForHBN's case over the last few years has revolved around the Coronial system and what transpired at Hayden's inquest.
The hospital found the request “strange” but hypothesised that if they were to do so it may help the coroner in that she could avoid the inquest altogether and save expense.
Coroner Richard Travers today found that Hayden’s (@JusticeForHBN) death was contributed to by neglect, that there was a failure to provide basic medical attention and that he would have survived if not for gross failures in his care. 8 years after his death, 7 years after his first inquest, 3 years after the High Court quashed @SmirkyRadcliffe’s first inquest, the truth of how our son died has now been properly and honestly recorded.
Two years ago the High court quashed our son’s flawed original inquest run by corrupt and immoral coroner @SmirkyRadcliffe. Shortly after the high court ruling, Radcliffe unceremoniously left her decades old position at Westminster Coroner’s Court. On the 21st of this month, the pre-inquest review hearing for @JusticeForHBN’s new and hopefully, fair and honest, inquest will be held. At the original inquest, @SmirkyRadcliffe used the power of her court to personally exonerate Dr Penny - Hayden’s neglectful Consultant - even facilitating an apology for him in front of us (Hayden’s parents) for supposedly having been unfairly criticised for his failures by the hospital. She smirked at us while she did this. In stark contrast to @SmirkyRadcliffe’s evil efforts, her inquest has been quashed and in two months time, Dr Penny will face a MPTS fitness to practise tribunal. “The Arc of the Moral Universe is Long, But it Bends Toward Justice.” - Martin Luther King, Jr.

An update. The Justices hearing our case, rightfully, decided to spend more time considering _all_ the Grounds from which we made our application. Decision pending.
