@nejatian Couldn't agree more, the current education system is significantly outdated and has barely evolved since 1750 lol. It is sorely lacking in fundamental learning and essential life skills; not even mentioning AI.. I don't see how we can avoid a major crisis in the coming decades.

There is a a surprising amount of fraud in traditional mortgage space. Shady people encourage homebuyers to color the facts in order to qualify for a mortgage that they cannot afford and that GSEs should not buy. AI will not just to reduce cost. It will get rid of fraud!
