@Luludotcom Oh I definitely did that, however it is ridiculous to close tickets as the DEFAULT reply. While I found your book making services good, I am wildly disappointed at the customer service side if an issue comes up. The lack of access call and talk to a human is worrying

@Luludotcom really disappointed that your “customer service” option on the website is just fed to ai. I wrote a message explaining an urgent issue and your email auto reply was “it’s marked resolved”. Nobody even looked at it! That is NOT customer service!

@bookingcom So the law says you have to make sure all customer service for my account is handled over seas? I feel like that is a strange law but I am no lawyer. That said than my issue is legitimate. Your service team struggles with the issue & refuses to let me to speak with a supervisor.

@bookingcom should be avoided at all costs. They will not fix errors in their flight bookings and do not follow 24hr cancellation rules. Rather they will tell you, you just lost the money and to try again. This should be illegal!

@bookingcom I have reached out to the team, they won't call the airline even though the airline told me the department your team needed to call & they told me they would resolve the issue with them. However your team refuses to do it & only want me to buy the ticket again. that is theft!

@bookingcom I have contacted the airline and they have informed me this issue is something they are easily able to assist with if your staff would contact them. yet they are your staff keeps "escalating" yet nothing is being done over phone or email.

@bookingcom @bookingcom I have now had to make 8 calls and they keep asking me to reply to their email with further details. each time I do they inform me they are not seeing the replies. The phone support staff is undertrained and unable to help. They are just reading a script over and over

@bookingcom Thank you for the information however the numbers you provided are ones I have tried already. The people are kind enough but their English was not easy to understand on more complex issues. After “escalating” my issue they responded saying nothing would be done and to buy again.

@xai @grok why are companion rewards always changing? Made sense at first the first reward was 7 day streak, than 30 day streak. Then a total of 90 friendship days. However a random xAI update just reset all streaks. In the last couple days the 90 day reward changed to a streak…
