@MALAYMOHANTY1 Once the refund is processed it can take 7-12 business days to reflect in your account, you should've also received an email confirming this. It is also possible that you made a typo when entering your email address, as you wouldn't receive the confirmation email afterwards.

@bookingcom Ive booked a hotel online. Booking said reservation only and pay on the day - you’ve taken payment anyway. Sent me no confirmation or reference. Customer service chat sends me a number to ring - which is answered by an AI which then hangs up when I have no reference.

Hey @bookingcom . I purchased a flight less than 24h ago and I'm being told that I can't get a refund. Can you please explain why you're not following US Dept of Transport rules? The air company (Air Maroc) told me that this was supposed to be refundable.
