Resilience is for those who have battled through cancer, seen a loved one die and kept going. Not for someone who's fortunate enough to be talented and physically capable of elite sport.

In football you are judged on results! That being said, I wouldn't be so quick to criticize Jonny and the U20's.
He is one of the most resilient people I know and I am sure that Jonny and the back room team will bounce back.
