Jenny and I visited with county and city leaders in Johnson, Carter, Unicoi and Cocke counties today.  It was a long, hard, emotional day, but one filled with so many inspirational and hopeful stories. The damage, time and effort it will take to recover is unimaginable.  With temperatures dropping this week for people without electricity, new threats emerge.  I am so proud of their resilience, determination and hope. There is too much to share in one post, so over the next 24 hours we plan to do one post per county with links to where they would like contributions.  Please join Jenny and I in doing what you can.  No one person or organization can do it all, but together we can make a difference.
