We have been overpaying @scottishpower for two years and we have finally solved this. We asked for compensation. They offered us £30, then £50. As not happy with this, the complaint was escalated. After an investigation we have been offered £25. Feel so insulted and frustrated.

@autoalex @Joulesclothing My lovely Joules wellies have split at the side of the foot, after just over a year of very careful wear. I contacted @joulesclothing but I am not eligible for a refund or replacement as they are out of the one year warranty. I really expected them to last longer than a year!

@Joulesclothing messaging on behalf of gf who bought your boots for friend - 1 year in and the heel has split (gf had same problem with hers after 10 months!). What's more, previous Joules wellies lasted 5 yrs. 1 winter only = huge environmental waste + unable to ever recommend.

Such a fabulous evening seeing @hueandcry @pizzajazzclub. Old favourites to softly sing along to and transport you back and new songs which intrigue and delight. ‘Let her go’ felt particularly poignant. We are at that age!

What an incredible night seeing @TheHollyJohnson at The London Palladium. Everyone was ready to party from the very first song. So much love in the theatre, which just radiated from Holly 💕

#TheWomanintheWall was such a gripping drama with an impeccable cast. Ruth Wilson and Daryl McCormack showed both sides of the same story and what a vital yet heart-breaking story it was to tell. Congratulations to all involved.

Very disappointed with @ZARA in Cambridge today. Huge queues, 3 tills but only 1 open with lots of staff around. When the manager was asked to open another till he refused. Rudely. Felt the exact opposite of a valued customer.

We took our Year 5 class to the Science Festival at St. Alban’s Cathedral recently where Amy from @madscienceherts absolutely inspired and intrigued us with her experiments and totally took our breath away! A fabulous day. Thank you so much 😀

Sad news about Sean Lock. Funny on stage, hilarious off. We met in 1988 right at the start of our stand up careers. I hadn’t seen him in recent years as he quietly wrestled with illness but I feel very sad today for Anoushka and their children. RIP Locky.
