How can you mark my order as delivered without proper delivery? This kind of irrational behaviour is not acceptable. Kindly deliver the order or give prooof of delivery or provide proper refund.

I’ve now contacted you 8 times about an incorrect £30 charge (Watford store, 10 Jan 2026, ) due to error of your hypersensitive till and still no resolution.
Instead of fixing it, you keep sending me back to WhatsApp, which has already failed repeatedly.

@ZARA Can u make practical dresses for normal people that only wear short-sleeves when it's 30°C in summer and not in March that is COLD! I can't believe that almost 90% of the new arrival dresses are short sleeve. I don't mind minis cause I wear thermal tights but the sleeves!!

@ZARA your staff in Bluewater are absolutely disgusting. Diana and Alana inferred someone had stolen a blouse they were wearing as it was this seasons and demanded to see the receipt. I will be taking this further and minded to issue legal proceedings.

During this time, I have already waited:
15 business days, then 48 hours, another 48 hours, 5 business days, another 48 hours, and now you are asking for 5 more business days.
How many more deadlines will I have to wait?
@ZARA I returned a defective item purchased online.
Return shipped Jan 30 and confirmed Feb 5.
Refund was promised within 14 business days (deadline Mar 5). Nothing happened.
Support asked for 48 more hours to review. Still no resolution.
I just want my refund.
