@ZARA Hice una compra en línea con ustedes en el Edo de Méxq desde el 12 de mayo. En la aplicación no viene como cancelarlo y que me reembolsen. En una sucursal me dijeron "se estan robando los envíos" mientras no me llegue es responsabilidad de ustedes.@Profeco ayuda.
