@StagecoachSW issues with tracking on your app today? No busses showing as coming at any stops but you can see the busses moving around on the map. Not helpful with information on delays and cancellations though... Any ideas?

Another farcical @StagecoachSW journey. The app doesn't have live tracking, it arrives 9 mins late, only says Saltash on the front so I have to ask where it's going, I'm told I can have a free journey yet I've already paid. SORT IT OUT FFS. THIS IS NOT A SERVICE.

@StagecoachSW None of the ones between 2pm and 3pm that I saw were showing as cancelled. Plans need to be in place for use of tickets on other operators. People can't be at your mercy just to get home.

@Katonym Hi Kat currently there are no plans to allow the tickets to be used on alternative operators. The boards and the app should be showing when the services are cancelled. If not could you provide the times of the services affected and we can feed this back to the depot. Lia

@StagecoachSW where are the number 2 busses from Royal Parade to Saltash today? I've waited 45 minutes. The tracker says they're coming then nothing arrives. Some people have been there for over two hours waiting. Absolutely shocking! What is the problem??

@StagecoachSW OK is it not possible to update the real-time information on the app and on the boards at bus shelters to manage expectations? Also allow people to use their Stagecoach ticket on a Citybus service to Saltash? These issues have arisen since the timetables changed last week...

@StagecoachSW DayRider ticket no longer available to purchase via the app for Plymouth? That wasn't in the changes announced from 20th July... Is this a mistake? Can I still get it on the bus? My only option for a DayRider ticket on the app is for a group 🤷🏼‍♀️

Helicopters very active over Saltash this afternoon - we've had the King's Helicopter Flight already, and now a chinook and another military looking one keep coming back and forth... Any ideas? #puzzled #thisisntnormal
