@KelsNotChels Briefly discussed with other residents while sheltering across the street—we want to organize a meeting with Arris' managers to discuss 1) security problems—garage and doors not secure; 2) more security guards; 3) communication systems to deliver info asap; or 4) move out.

Arris resident here — all true. Even worse, Arris has been on notice that the building isn’t secure. Not sure how the guy got inside this morning, but he managed to pull the fire alarm, and Arris couldn’t override it to tell residents it was a fake alarm and to stay put.
