@hubermanlab Always cracks me up when something is marketed as having a ‘clean’ scent. Newsflash: clean doesn’t have a scent — that’s the whole idea. Worth watching Stink! for the deeper dive.

WILD (& devious). When it comes to hormone disruptors, frequency of exposure matters & generally anything scented is worse than not. But “unscented” is a scent (!) designed to mask other scents. “Fragrance free” is what you want. Dr Natalie Crawford on Huberman Lab podcast.

So saddened to wake to the news of Moya Brennans passing. I met her years ago and we hit it off immediately, became friends and she was so supportive of all I did. She even guested for me on a show in Dublin. A sign of how humble and supportive she was. May she rest in peace.

Eight years ago tonight I captured one of my favorite moon images & it doesn't even include the #Pittsburgh skyline. I was on Duquesne's campus to capture the moon behind St. Mary of the Mount, when I saw it would line up with this logo on the metal gate. Right place, right time.

@DukeFansZone Cayden was a major part of so much for this year's team. We have to remember he 18 years old. Never thought a team would be more exciting than last year's team, but I was wrong. These boys were every bit as exciting.
