$LTNC #KulturaBrands We want to provide a clear update on rollout timing and current positioning. Adios received national approval through RNDC. As execution began, the distribution landscape shifted with Reyes Beverage Group moving to acquire certain RNDC territories. This introduced additional steps across licensing, onboarding, and territory alignment in multiple states, impacting the sequencing of certain market openings. At the same time, it has strengthened the long term position of the brand. Adios is now aligned across RNDC, Reyes, and MS Walker, creating a broader and more strategic distribution footprint across key U.S. markets, including the Northeast and high-volume states such as California, Illinois, and Nevada. Operationally: Georgia launched, sold through initial inventory, and has already reordered with additional product shipped. Markets are currently progressing through onboarding, including Massachusetts, South Carolina, New Mexico, Michigan, and Florida, with additional markets in process. This rollout is occurring within an evolving distribution environment related to the Reyes acquisition of certain RNDC territories. As those transitions progress, markets are moving through licensing, onboarding, and alignment accordingly. We will provide updates as markets come online. #Adios
