So next year we’ll have 10ish PGA Tour events with no cut and limited fields of mostly the same players. Definitely an easier product to sell to advertisers and sponsors. Guys can play their way in, sure. But, it must be said, it does sound awfully similar to another golf tour.

They’d have to go down to 100+ with players who don’t think they’re talented enough to break through - kinda like the washed up guys who made the switch. 51-70 are on the cusp of being in and moving wouldn’t make sense, unless $ is all that matters

@eamonlynch @golfweek The 🥕sure has gotten bigger, but it seems to have been moved further away from the majority of those playing professional golf. I believe this could lead to shorter but more lucrative careers like Tennis.
