Nowas bus stop during morning rush hour and no traffic. Read that again. Who would believe there won’t be traffic at Nowas bus stop early in the morning rush hour? I agree the work is poorly done. But Peter Mbah got this one so right. Traffic flow at Nowas is smooth now and that’s a win for every commuter on that route. Give credit where credit is due.
