@RoaringHammy I retired at 55 - had a widow maker at 57. Second heart attack at 59. I’m 60 1/2 now…don’t know if I will see 61 (or not). Go as early as you can - life is short, ❤️

I read if you retire at 60, you only have 12-15 good healthy years left 😟😟 Are you trying to retire before then?

@men_among_ruins Last time I was in the hospital I told my nurse got 2 days my IV didn’t feel right and it hurt. Finally on the 3rd day a different nurse was on and I told her the same - she took the tape off and said -‘oh sheesh’ - the needle was in so far plastic end was stuck in my skin. 😏

@bustysal I moved 3 years ago. I have 2 cloth bags from Shark full of attachments, and 3 Shark vacuums. I have yet to find the little motorized brush attachment to do the stairs. I have looked in those bags a zillion times as if it will just appear in there one day. 😂

THINGS YOU SHOULD OWN IN MIDDLE AGE - A bag of vacuum cleaner attachments for machines you no longer own. - A selection of pillows which didn’t turn out to be the right one. - A dizzying array of exotic spices with 1 teaspoon out of it that you used for that recipe one time.

@Jessica319C I always do the veggies on the sticks and the protein on the side so the meat is cooked right anf the veggies are not much or undercooked. Doing it all together never worked for me. I like the beef best tho.👍

@cinnam0nst3r @SamiraCGS They don’t paint before you move in? If that’s left up to you - check for ‘restore’ places in your area. Often they have cans of paint for SUPER cheap that people didn’t use up - you might catch a good colour for a really good price.

@guyfelicella I drink between 3 and 4 litres a day. I use one of those plastic hospital cups that holds almost a litre. Other than a cup of skim milk with my first meal of the day I only drink water. It’s easy once you get in the habit of it.

Who out there is drinking 3 litres of water a day?? My doctor told me 2.5 litres minimum. At this point I don’t need a water bottle, I need a schedule and a supervisor!
