Many are confused by the 🇺🇸 STRATEGIC BITCOIN RESERVE BILL and why the price is DUMPING. - Here is a key takeaway & reasons for the dump: 1) Bitcoin won’t be sold - BULLISH. 2) USA recognizes Bitcoin as strategic reserve like gold - BULLISH. 3) USA will hold other assets like ETH, etc. - BULLISH. 4) USA will buy Bitcoin, BUT, in a “budget neutral” way - SHORT TERM BEARISH. (means that the government intends to obtain additional bitcoin WITHOUT increasing overall federal spending or burdening taxpayers with new expenses - NO IMMEDIATE market liquidity injection and no printing for the sake of BTC accumulation.) 5) USA will NOT buy other crypto, they will just hold the amount that was forfeited (seized, etc.), and can actually sell to buy BTC - BEARISH FOR ALTS. Hence the dump. Overall it’s a mixed short term signal. However, a very BULLISH long term signal, especially for BTC. - Why it’s actually bullish? US gov. does not really need to print money to buy bitcoin for it to grow exponentially this cycle. Reason: - Now other countries will buy BTC - Asset managers have NO excuse - Financial institutions have NO excuse - Pensions/Endowments have NO excuse - Fear of the U.S. selling is OVER - The U.S. will likely buy more SLOWLY - Likelihood of states buying just INCREASED - Probability the government outlawing Bitcoin is definitively ZERO Get ready.
