Fairfax County Board Chair Jeff McKay created the sanctuary policy & kick ICE out then says BS like this: “I stand in the corner of 'ICE should be taking advantage of situations where people have committed egregious crimes and deporting them' and I wish more of the focus was on those individuals," McKay said Tuesday. "Why was ICE not successful in dealing with an individual who was not here legally, had committed egregious crimes in our community, so that’s one intersection that jumps out at me?"

@VinnyMartorano @cbsaustin Actually, it’s time for the Judge to weigh in on whether the DA will be allowed to hide exculpatory and mitigating evidence (again)! We will never know if the prosecutors have provided all the evidence. What else are they hiding besides the secret negotiations?

Garza indicted cops for doing their jobs,refused to prosecute rioters that injured state troopers at the capitol and his anti-law enforcement actions collapsed cadet classes. He is a menace to public safety, protecting criminals and attacking law enforcement. He must be removed.

BOMBSHELL MOTION FILED – AUSTIN DA JOSE GARZA CAUGHT IN 3-YEAR COVER-UP Travis County DA’s office secretly planned to INDICT THE CITY OF AUSTIN for APD’s actions during the 2020 riots…then hid the entire scheme when they botched the statute of limitations.   Instead of disclosing this explosive exculpatory evidence to indicted Officer Chance Bretches (and the public), they buried it – while prosecuting junior line officers who followed orders and used the defective bean bag rounds issued by the city. Evidence of an un-indicted co-defendant or an alternative suspect is always required to be disclosed to the Defense and ensures a fair trial. Sworn affidavits from former Assistant City Manager Bruce Mills and ex-Council Member Mackenzie Kelly prove it: multiple secret meetings with Garza himself, negotiations to make the City “take accountability” in exchange for dropping cop charges, then total radio silence to the defense. This isn’t a mistake. It’s deliberate. It violates Brady, the Michael Morton Act, the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the Disciplinary Rules, and the Court’s own orders.  Our motion demands DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE – and lays out the DA’s patter of misconduct towards law enforcement (sanctions in other cop cases + witness tampering allegations included).    No other remedy protects the defendant’s rights. 🚨WATCH: Long before Stephanie Minter’s murder, police told Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano’s office three separate times about how dangerous illegal immigrant Abdul Jalloh is, even warning that if Jalloh was released again, he could kill someone. But did police share those same concerns with ICE? They did not, because Fairfax County police sources told me they can’t - even in situations like this - because of a policy the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors dubbed the “Trust Policy.” Days after Stephanie’s murder, Fairfax County Chairman Jeff McKay defended his policy that bans Fairfax County police from working with ICE.
