@ScotRail hello! I'm planning on getting the train from Ayr to Glasgow next week but I won't be returning to Ayr for a few days. Do you know how long I can leave my car in the car park at Ayr train station if I'm getting the train to and from that station?

I've never seen something on dragon's den that I want more than A Bar of Crisps.

@thetrainline am I able to get a refund on tickets we were not able to use yesterday from Liverpool to Glasgow Central? We went through the barriers for our first train to Preston but then saw that the next part of our journey was cancelled so switched to a train to Newcastle.

@thetrainline Hi Keith, we ended up booking a new ticket to Newcastle, then one to Glasgow from there.

I also can't get a refund on this journey as your app keeps glitching out.

@thetrainline your app is showing guff information today. Thankfully we'd changed our plans last minute to avoid getting stranded in Lancaster on the way back up but if we'd trusted the app we'd be there with no route home! 1st pic your app, 2nd pic from Avanti West Coast.

So you change your journey just in case and then trainline tells you that your train **that you're currently on** is running late into Manchester but you're actually already in Manchester and have been for at least 10 minutes?? Make it make sense!!

I understand that traveling anywhere today is not advised but when you don't have an option but to travel, could they at least make the information about services running clearer?? One operator shows that the train is cancelled. Trainline says it's not.

@AvantiWestCoast hi folks, will there be no Avanti trains heading up the west coast to Glasgow today at all? Trying to get home from Liverpool!

@ScotRail I know it says half hourly but when will these trains be running? The app doesn't seem to have updated yet

📢 From Monday, 4 December, we’ll operate a half hourly rail shuttle service between Ayr and Prestwick Town, to connect with existing services from there to Glasgow Central. The shuttle services will operate in and out of Platform 4 at Ayr station.

@ScotRail morning folks, any idea where the 7.42 Prestwick to Glasgow service is? Replacement bus dropped us off in time for it but now we're only seeing the 8am train on the boards and your app says the 7.42 left on time...

I honestly don't know how @susannareid100 didn't rage quit that interview with @RishiSunak. Not so much dodge the question as just refuse to let the interviewer speak and be utterly condescending all the way through

@ScotRail Morning folks! Is there something going on with flexi tickets? I usually get flexi tickets either from Hamilton West - Central or Ayr - Central (as I travel both these routes frequently but not enough to justify a season pass) but neither is available for sale now?
